What do I get with the Business plan?
The Business plan includes everything in Free plus: custom QR code generator (logos, colors, shapes, dynamic codes, SVG/PDF export), verified business portal, full analytics dashboard, AI voice operator, unlimited smart links, team management, AI QR code art, and streaks/challenges.
How do I upgrade to Business?
Download Qrblox, create your free account, and tap "Upgrade" in the app settings. You can explore all free features first before deciding to upgrade. The upgrade takes effect immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely through the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). You can use any payment method linked to your app store account — credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or gift cards.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your Business subscription at any time from your app store account settings. Your plan remains active through the end of the billing period. After cancellation, you keep access to all free tier features.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled through the App Store or Google Play per their refund policies. We recommend trying the free tier thoroughly before upgrading to make sure Qrblox is right for your business.
Do my QR codes stop working if I cancel?
Static QR codes continue working forever regardless of your plan. Dynamic QR codes remain active but you lose the ability to edit their destination URL or view advanced analytics. Basic scan counts remain visible.
Is there a free trial of the Business plan?
The free tier itself serves as your trial — you can use Qrblox indefinitely at no cost and upgrade only when you need business features. Some promotions may include a time-limited Business trial.
Can I add team members on the free plan?
Team management is a Business plan feature. On the free plan, you have a single-user account. The Business plan allows you to add team members to your business portal for collaborative QR code management.
Do you offer pricing for enterprises or agencies?
